We may collect identity and contact details, account credentials, business verification documents, booking history, messages, photos uploaded during check-in or claims, payment metadata from Stripe, and technical data such as IP address and device information.

4. How we use data

We use personal data to provide the marketplace, verify users, process bookings and payments, resolve disputes, send service notifications, improve security, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a secure marketplace, legal obligations, and consent where required—for example marketing communications or optional cookies.

6. Sharing data

We share data with restaurants and tenants only as needed to complete bookings, with Stripe for payments, with infrastructure providers that host our services, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

7. Retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Verification documents and booking records may be retained longer where law requires.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language. Analytics or marketing cookies, if introduced, will be disclosed separately and used only with appropriate consent.
